At their Palm Springs facility<\/a>, Billing Specialist Greg Paige processes the billing for all sewer customers, along with managing mailing for new customer and vendor information packets\u2014a process that was consuming more time and money than it should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“You had to take that machine in so they could audit it and make sure you’re not cheating, which was a pain,” Paige explained. “Plus, it was expensive.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
