At his previous company, a sister organization had handled all the operational logistics\u2014collating, folding, stamping, and mailing patient bills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Everything was done for us,” Siano explained. “So it was a whole new world of what we needed to do.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
