Before the company consolidated mailing and shipping with Stamps.com\u00ae, they relied on a mix of UPS\u00ae\/Fedex\u00ae accounts and Quadient\/Pitney Bowes meters for sending invoices and products between locations. This process generated unnecessary fees, extra steps, and a lack of visibility that made daily tasks more complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Adriana Hurtado was brought on last March to lead account consolidation efforts as Procurement Manager for MVP. She has been focused on guiding MVP\u2019s transition to Stamps.com across locations:&nbsp;\u201d[Before Stamps.com] there were 20 accounts for UPS and about 10 for FedEx,\u201d says Hurtado.\u201cFor Pitney Bowes and Quadient, we had 33.\u201d&nbsp;Paying vendors required around 50 monthly invoices and often involved a lot of chasing and coordinating. Instead of managing dozens of accounts\u2014leaving room for errors\u2014everything could live under one roof. MVP saw Stamps as a way to unlock major cost savings, eliminate their reliance on outdated postage meters, and improve MVP\u2019s efficiency overall compared to other vendors. They also realized that with Stamps.com postal code features, they could better keep each location within budget.
