Delivery service was suspended starting on Friday, January 14, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The USPS mailing and shipping disruption includes the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/usps\/express-mail-international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Priority Mail Express International<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/usps\/priority-mail-international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Priority Mail International<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/usps\/first-class-international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">First Class Parcel International Service<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/usps\/international-mail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/mail\/first-class-mail\/\">First Class Mail<\/a> International<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If your parcel is already in transit, either the USPS or Hongkong Post will endorse the item as \u201cMail Service Suspended \u2014 Return to Sender\u201d and then place the package in the mail stream for return. The USPS will provide a full refund of the shipping costs paid when service to the country of destination is suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alternate Delivery Options to Hong Kong<\/strong><br>If you have a shipment you need to send to Hong Kong during this suspension period, we recommend the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/ups\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UPS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/shipping\/international\/\">International Shipping<\/a><\/a> \u2013 get discounted rates up to 86% off with no peak surcharge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goglobalpost.com\/international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GlobalPost International Standard<\/a> \u2013 Get door-to-door tracking capabilities to over 200 countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is GlobalPost International Standard?<\/strong><br>GlobalPost International Standard uses a network of postal carriers which provides a similar service to First Class Package International Service at a lower rate.
