In the email, make sure you include the following info:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamps.com\/shipping\/usps\/tracking\/\">USPS tracking<\/a> number of the package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your contact information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason for the dispute (please provide as much detail as possible).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the USPS needs more info from you, they will contact you directly via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected Response Times from USPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should expect to get a response from the USPS regarding your disputed package within 2 to 5 business days, although the maximum time limit for adjudication will be 15 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other Info Regarding Automated Package Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The USPS will not be providing partial reversals.\u00a0A customer dispute will either be approved or denied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stamps.com customers will get an email when the dispute is opened and a second email when the dispute has been approved or denied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved rate adjustments for overpaid packages will be automatically applied to a customer\u2019s Stamps.com account within 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coming Soon: \u00a0Stamps.com customers will soon see a one-step mechanism
